@dawnrose, if the baby seems to be gassy or fussy a lot once you have them then the first thing I would do is cut out dairy, it's actually a common problem in babies.
oh!! well shoot maybe I should too? Haha this whole pregnancy I've been worry about this
@dawnrose, dairy has always makes my stomach hurt and made me have digestional issues but I can deal with the stomach ache it gives me but I don't want my daughter to be fussy because of the dairy in my diet, which is why I'm cutting it out, it should make breastfeeding more enjoyable for the both of us, since it can take a couple weeks for the dairy to completely leave your body im starting to cut it out now because she can come at anytime and I don't want her little tummy to hurt when she feeds for the first time.
my husband is lactose untolerant, but we won't know if baby is until she is born. I'm planning on breast feeding also. and they told me the same of she is I have to cut out all dairy. I've craved milk this whole pregnancy, and read some where the more you eat or drink of something the chances of baby having a allergy to it decreases. like peanuts for example.
@dawnrose, I'm lactose intolerant which means there a good chance my baby could be a little sensitive to dairy and since I'm breastfeeding her I don't want any dairy in my diet just in case because I don't want her to have unnecessary tummy troubles
I would hate it. im drinking a cup of milk now
thanks!!!!
