So my ex went to court and filed for visitation rights. I was served last week. I am not comfortable with our daughter being around him alone nor his mother which he lives with. I have proof of him asking me to take his drug test for his job for him in text messages and him texting me he was too high to drive and get our daughter milk. Is that enough to show the judge? As far as his mother she watches his son quite often and told us she gives him nighttime medicine if she has problems getting him to go to sleep at night. (Claims she did it with my ex when he was little too) And she FaceTimed us once mid day while taking his son back to his mother, she gave him night time medicine bc she didn’t want him talking the whole ride and wanted him to sleep. He was so out of it. It just scares me to leave her alone with them.
Trigger. Our precious boy Last night, December 8th, 2015, at 9:58pm, our sweet precious baby boy was born sleeping. We spent 5 wonderful hours with him: holding him, talking to him, singing to him, mourning him, praying for him, and weeping over him.
Mommas who are separated from their childrens dad. If my sons father is to get our son every other Friday-Sunday, but then tells me halfway through the week he can't take him Friday until Saturday due to taking up an optional shift at work, can I legally tell him he either takes him Friday at his ordered time or doesn't get him? He's constantly cancelling whole weekends or taking our son a quarter of his ordered time. He also isn't following the meets on the order. Almost every Sunday he has him I get a message that he doesn't have a car so I have to get my son, or he tells me i have to run him out there. I'm already having cut hours at work and getting no child support from him since he's been continuously in and out of work.
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
So its really over between me n him. Im angry n hurt. He block me from reaching out to him. Im so upset. So i want him to be punish for hurting me. What should i do? I have naked pics of him i want to put out. I want to call his job get him fired. Im so hurt. This is his first child n he dont even want to be here for the birth. 4 damn yrs n it come to this. What should i do? I want Revenge

I understand your frustration but if there is no consequence to him not helping he's not going to help. stop catering to his every whim and demand he help, before you give up it could work. men are like dogs if you pet them when they are good but also pet them when they shit on the floor and chew up your shoes they won't recognize the difference anymore lol

I think it's Time to put a stop to this. you already have 1 newborn. he thinks his behavior is normal because it has been going on too long. take the well deserved time for yourself. maybe just get up and leave for the hour to go to they gym and come back afterwards. have you spoken to him about your feelings?

@pnutbutta, yes I have. I also told him I need breaks to. Just cause I'm the mother doesn't mean I don't deserve a break. I've also pointed out that I need the three hours to work out to keep me sane

Good! sometimes men can be so insensitive. they think raising children and running a house is easy compared to going out to work.

They think it's easy when in reality our job is 24/7 and we are always the ones that have to make all the sacrifices while they get to do what they want she's not only your child he should give you a break
