Help!! I feel like I tore one of my stitches. Going pee hadn't hurt since I delivered, but now 2 days later it stings when I pee. How do I know if I've torn some stitches?

its going to sting for about a week or two. my doctor told me it was normal to have discomfort. he did check me 1 week after having my baby to make sure tje stitches were healing properly.

I didn't get any stitches but it burned like hell every time I went pee for like a week... are they stitches you could see if you used a mirror?(that may sound dumb but I honestly don't know since I didn't get any)
