To get milk back you'll have to put baby on breast and try to nurse her. That's what a Lactation consultant would say. I've had that happen to me with my 1st daughter and it worked its just crazy hard work to do but it is possible if u are interested in getting your milk back. Keep doing it until u see your milk come back.
