I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. At first I told him “only let her get one toy” so she picks one up and he is still holding her over the toy box then tries to put her over the baby gate so she can grab more. I’m sorry but you aren’t the one that has to pick up all these toys. You aren’t the one who has to put them back. He never picks up toys. Everyone wants to get the toys out for her out no one ever wants to help me pick them back up. The fact that I said not to let her get anything out of the box more than 5 times really pisses me off. You may be her grandparent but you aren’t her parent. So now I have mass toys to pic up on top of the toys she already had out from this morning
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
How do you discipline an 11 month old? Shes been so bad lately and if you tell her no she doesn't listen.
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

I don't really pay attention to the age group lol. I got my daughter a batman train set, a play oven, and one of those driving cars. She'll be 16 months as well by Christmas. I'm also stumped on what else to get her though.

I want to get her a play kitchen thats for sure and maybe a toddler tablet but I don't know what else to get her ha-ha god I never thought it would be this hard to shop for your kids lmao

It is pretty difficult shopping for little tots. I tried to get a toy kitchen set and they were already all sold out. 😓 definitely still getting that though. And a tablet is good, mine loves playing on my phone and watching color crew and other cartoons. Thanks for that idea lol.
