if you're only drinking a little bit, you don't need to pump and dump. it filters out of the milk faster than it filters out of your system. but, if you're drinking a lot, pump enough for 12-24 hours.

There's little things that I saw at babies r us that you dip in your milk, so you pump a little and dip it in, that show if there's any alcohol in there
