they have superfood blends capsules to help moms during their breastfeeding journeys . I'm so happy another mom recommended I was about to give up when I got mastitis! And the pic is from this mornings pump session I'm about to add it to my freezer stash 👍🏼💪🏼🤗
I took a look at them and I think I'm going to try the bundle of four variety pack. I just really hope they work! @lisamartinez668
I tried some funeGreek supplement from cvs I don't remember which one, but it made it worse. Not saying it's going to happen to you every one responds differently. If you see a difference they have a product dairy fairy which contains funeGreek. If no difference or it's worse I would try the other blends. Milk machine is the one that I get the most output with @hemi
I feel like my supply is dropping and it's so disheartening. I just picked up some fenugreek hoping that helps some but if it doesn't then I might given this a try.
@hemi, I don't know know exactly how much milk because I was not pumping before taking the capsules. Now I have to because of my over supply
Thank you!! Well I actually was breastfeeding but supplementing with formula before I started taking the capsules. My supply dropped after getting mastitis and nothing else was working for me to get it back to what it was . Now I have over supply. I don't supplement with formula , exclusively breastfeed and just stash the extra 😊.
That's amazing! If you don't mind me asking, how much were you pumping before you started taking this?
I'm all about to trying to help single moms watch their children. But I be damned if I have to teach your child the basic personal hygiene.
For the veteran moms of mom life. Do you ever wonder what happened to moms that were on here when it was preggie. I have one in particular i was thinking about but I cant remember her name.

In other news...my mini fridge is officially overflowing. I'm having to move my stash to the deep freezer to make some room. I legit average 65 to 70 ounces per day now. 😧 I'm gonna donate when I have 200 extra ounces.
Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
I live in Vegas for about eight months and still have no friend because I'm a stay at home mom sad huh :(
@hemi, best of luck 🤗
