My 4 months baby has a Really bad cold, what can I do to help her? I have her a lil but of tea and honey already but it didn't seem to help.

Yes just an ounce of water is okay. but you mainly want her to have her milk
Baby Vicks, yes if you put it on her chest and her feet then cover her feet she should feel better

@kreese88, oh okay so vapor rub is good then.? Because several people told me that it's not good for them. But I will.

Oh no no honey!!! Its really bad for them before 1 year! Keep her warm at all times. Infant tylenol will help a little. Give her lots of fluids.
Yes don't give her honey she could get really sick, Tylenol, put some Vicks vapor rub on her chest and feet.
usually they don't like to introduce a child to honey until a year old since it's hard for them to digest, you can try Saline rinses and sucking her nose out and Tylenol if she has a fever. usually babies just need lots of snuggles and sleep
