Does anyone have any experience with the raspberry leaf capsules? I bought some last night and wanted to try them.

They work I had the tea and pills... Getting them both again soon

How many capsules did you start out taking? I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow. They're 450mg. @anyae23

@babymfoley, i believe what it said on the bottle, i started at 33 or so weeks with the tea and pills

I just recently found out about it. I wish I had known sooner so I could have started a little earlier. I bought the capsules and the tea. Did you drink the tea and take the capsules in the same day or switch it up? @anyae23

@babymfoley, i took both the same day, i would do like one cup or two of tea a day then pils regularly but if I were to forget the tea or not feel like drinking it ilI would just take the pills. @bianca.ladawn girl idk lol i just took both but im sure either would be the same effect

Someone just told me about it so I looked it up. You should Google "labor day tea". They say on your due date and not before, to brew 24 tea bags with 4 cups (I think) of water and to sip on it throughout the day. @anyae23

@babymfoley, yeah hopefully not.. Try evening primrose oil as well I took those too and they are supposed to soften the cervix
