I know that oatmeal help your milk production. Does anyone know about how many cups of oatmeal you should eat a day to get milk production back up and on track. I don't feel like I'm producing nearly as much as I was last month, my son is EBF and won't even latch onto a bottle w/ breast milk. Also if anyone knows any other tips to help production, I'm all ears. Any advice helps. 😀😀😀.

I've got an awesome recipe for oatmeal chocolate chip lactation cookies that I'll message u when I get home. careful though, I had to stop making them cuz I gained 20 lbs!! I can't eat just one cookie lmao! I end up eating the whole batch.

This has helped my milk. Find it on Amazon. Its 12 bucks and I put some when I make my oatmeal cookies and shakes

thank you everyone. I appreciate the advice so much. @concrete he doesn't seem to be, he's been a bit more fussy during the day but it's mainly me wanting to make sure my milk isn't running low @michellevaldez4750 I'll have to try those and that'd be awesome if you could send me that. @krystalee I've heard about that I'll look into getting some.

No it doesn't taste like anything @neik84 all I taste is the fruits I put into my shakes.

I take the Brewers yeast pills. I use the powder for cookies and the taste is kind of cheesy actually lol. but I definitely prefer to just take the tablets. you can buy them at any drug store or walmart.

You must have some crazy taste buds because it does not taste cheesy to me at all lol my oatmeal cookies and shakes still taste the same to me. @michellevaldez4750

@krystalee, in the cookies I can't taste it but the tablets aren't coated and I can taste it when I take those. it's really not bad though.

I don't use as much in the cookies as I'd like because I don't want them tasting funky lol. @krystalee so I take the pills so I can get more of it each day
