If this is something you believe is an emergency call an ambulance. If not call your dr and tell them what your feeling and your current situation of being stranded.

@hoagymama I've been having contractions for a week now. If I'm not dilated to 4cm they won't keep me. I've been at 2cm for 2 weeks now.

Call EMS. Don't stay at home with chest pains if it's progressively getting worse. Is it radiating to other parts of your body? Any cold sweat, or palpitation?
