I would say nearly all babies can't be over fed. my daughter would eat until she explodes if I would let her. when she was a month old she was eating every hour, and had very bad gas and reflux issues. our pediatrician recommended to start spacing out the feedings more, which was brutal but all of the gas and reflux issues are gone and she's a lot happier. :-)
