so we served my brother in law eviction papers yesterday. his mouth gets him in trouble. he smokes weed and has been arrested for driving on a suspended license and just thinks he can do whatever. this all started with his dog attacking my dog for the 6th time. this is the 3rd time my dog has sustained injuries. I have witnessed most of their fights and my brother in laws dog initiated it. This last time was the last straw cause my daughter was on the floor feet away. so told him the dog had to go. he started running his mouth and threated us. belittled my husbands veterans status saying his has little brain capacity since my husband told him Military time. calling my pits viscous when they never started the fights his dog did. he then saying we had to cater to his dog and he was going to terrorize our lives while he lived with us. I was done. I don't think he thought we would follow through but we served him paper work last night and he looked shocked and almost about to cry. dude you keep running your mouth you have to face the consequences. he had till March 1st but now either he pays us 200 of his 400 dollar rent today and be out by December 6th. but if not he's gone by wendsday. my husband disowned him and never wants to speak to him again. you don't threaten his family and think there is no repercussion. What I find sad is that my husbands dad tried to tell my husband to kiss and makeup. like no....also that the guy kept telling us he take us to court (mind you he has a record) so we did everything the legal way. got the papers took vedio we served him the papers. just so over trying to help people out and them thinking they can walk on us.
