yeah, this will be my 4th time trying, and i pray i can breastfeed him

i have trouble with it. my nipples stay flat 90% of the time, so babies wont latch. i have used the nipple shields, but sometimes they will latch to that, sometimes they wont. so anywhere i go, the pump goes. when he was 7 days old was when i pumped 3 ounces. before that it was the colostrum so not much at all.

I didn't know I could till after she was born. You'll produce colostrum and milk will come in a few days later.
