newborn has a diaper rash ughh... what can I use or do to heal it fast?? she's had it for a couple days now

Use what the ladies have suggested, but please make sure her butt is completely air dried after wiping.

I caked destin on my daughter and hers cleared up in a day I mean I caked it on though

I always use vaseline or baby aquaphor works GREAT!
