if they're going away when you lay down then get up and do things to make them stay. when I was in labor they didn't go away no matter what I was doing

Yeah I'm walking around and they're hurting so bad I have back and front contractions now @michelle2220

start timing them. mine were 3 minutes apart when I finally went in. I didn't wait till I was in a lot of pain I was just uncomfortable but I was already at a 6 when I went in and just 2 days before that I was only at a 1. they didn't think I was in labor till they checked me and was surprised and so was I.
