INPUT NEEDED:
Debating if I should work at McDonald's again. I would like to go back part-time at the beginning of the year. I haven't worked there in almost 4 years. I talked to my old manager and she said I can come work at her store. I know it's not great money, but it's enough to help us get out of my FILs house. Plus, I'm good at it. I just know I would really miss my son 😢

If I come onto your team, I'm going to be an valuable asset, and I would like my salary to be reflective of that fact? They were trying to pay me $9.25 per hour, I requested $17.50 per hour, they gave me $18.75 per hour. Nevertheless, I know not all people are effective at such negotiations, so if you are, I say go for it. However, if you just need to start bringing in money ASAP. I would accept the job from your old boss, and take it from their.
