Anyone have an IUD (birth control) Mirena? Do you like it? if not why not?

I hear to many horror stories about them getting imbedded in your female parts. So I won't ever get one. I take the pill

@njzkathy, I am debating between Mirena and a copper IUD.

I had an ectopic pregnancy bc of Mirena.. one of my best friends had to have hers surgically removed bc it fused itself to her uterine walls

I've had a horrible experience, it gave me every bad side effect in the book and I had 2 seizures while it was in, since having it out all side effects have stopped
