I hate that my apartment doesn't have a heater. I was suppose to clean the dishes but it's so cold that instead I'm bundled up in blankets. Oh well I guess dishes can wait.

Not that I'm aware of. We don't have a air conditioner either. @b3autifulm3ss

@babynessa, i would def look into that, in California landlords are required to provide an adequate living environment that includes heat especially if you have elders or children

@babynessa, air conditioning is considered a luxery, heat is not, it is considered a necessity
