Alright Mommies What is your opinion on feeding a 5 month old baby food(first stage)?

My girl is 4 months and the doctor gave us the okay to start baby foods. I think as long as baby can sit up (either on their own or with support) and has good head control, they're good to go.

My son was eating baby food at 3 months old and now at 6 1/2 months old he's now eating some table foods and still his baby food.
