Does anyone find it annoying to only sleep on the left side? I concluded in order for me to get any sleep balance is key.
I definitely switch sides there's no way on heck I'd be able to sleep on just one side all night. my poor back and hips
Yeah I'd switch sides often or else it'll kill your hips after awhile. The third trimester for me my hips were dead lol and my arms would fall asleep from having to sleep on my sides all the time

Babygirl knocked out sleep
Co sleeping...yay or nay? Lately Molly hasn't want to sleep in her crib and sleep with us. Which is fine but we do want her to sleep in her crib
@avie, switching back and forth works well and also try putting a pillow in between your legs . As well having a pillow behind you for back support.
Goodluck!!
