Any moms swear by evening primerose oil? If not what helped/what you think helped start your labor?

What are some natural ways to start dilation ? Not trying to start labor just start dilating.. like what kind of workouts ?

We started with carrots then sweet potato and the peas. We do just a table spoon at a time. Little bit each day till they get the hang of taking the food to the back of the mouth.
