what are gas drop really for

To help a gassy/upset belly baby by popping the bubbles in their tummy.

are they good for a upset tummy too?

they could be depending upon if that's what's wrong with baby. Couldn't hurt to try. If that doesn't work try gripe water. My son lived on gas drops and gripe water for the first 3 months.

No I had overfed him :/ I thought he was crying for a bottle my poor baby vomit twice and it scared me :/
