Ok since no1 paid me any mind, let's try this again. How can I increase my milk supply? I've had the organic mothers milk tea twice this week and have also had the abuelita Mexican chocolate. Any other ideas/tips? Thank you!
how are your eating habits? eating small snacks more often throughout the day along with your meals may help. gotta keep that calorie count up!
@mdomke22, I have oatmeal like every other day too. Ugh 😞 I'm crying out of frustration
@timabaybee, I'm basically almost exclusively breastfeeding. That's what I don't get. My daughter only has one or two formula bottles per day. Yesterday I didn't give her not one bottle all day. Today either, but when I was breastfeeding her on my left boob. I decided to pump on the right side, it was leaking then once I started pumping, nothing came out. Then I tried pumping on both sides after feeding her. Nothing lol I'm about to drink the tea now while she naps.
Oh yeah also massage your breasts before and after breastfeeding/pumping. Hot showers help too. Lol forgot to add those 😩😩😩
Try to drink the mother's milk right before you're going to breastfeed/pump. Try to do the same with the fenugreek vitamins. Not sure if you're exclusively breastfeeding but they say the more you breastfeed the more your body will produce. Your milk production is based on supply and demand and your body will adjust to the needs of your baby. Hope this helps!
Be careful with the fenugreek pills.. even though they are consider an "herb" people have horrible reactions to them. I got a horrible rash from them and also saw no difference. Are you pumping at all ?
I would do the tea once a day and i also heard frengreek pills (I think that's how you spell it) help boost your supply. eating oatmeal helps as well. and pumping after every feeding as well will simulate your body to produce more
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
How old is the baby? It takes about 6 weeks for the supply to get established but drink A LOT of water! My supply was small in the beginning and I had to use formula but I increased my water intake and 5 months later still going strong.
