I've only pumped once! Which was about two weeks ago. I was able to only get 2oz of combined milk. Now I'm pumping again and I'm not getting anything out 😫😭 what is going on

okay I only ask cause I was told pumping isn't as effective as nursing. if you have a pinterest (you can Google too) they have these lactation cookies I made them when i was nursing I was pumping at least 5+ oz a time. I wish I still had the recipes. the cookies weren't the best they were kinda like no bake cookies but a weird taste.

maybe supply is a little low? are you pumping only or nursing?
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Trying to get a breast pump through my insurance feels about impossible 😣 United health care is awful. I have a prescription for a pump, but they're seriously making me jump through hoops. My insurance will cover a non medical gender test no questions asked, but try and order a pump to feed my kid, and they act like I'm asking for $10,000!! I'm determined to get this pump for free. If not, guess we will have no choice but to buy one 😡

Just bc your not getting anything pumping doesn't mean your supply is low it's might mean your body doesn't respond well to pumping if baby seems happy that means your good. Don't ever go off of pumping to decide if your supply low.
