I hate my generation sometimes ? Today was my nieces baby shower, which went great. She got so much which amazing since she's been working 2 jobs trying to save up for the unpaid leave she'll have to take from work. Anyways I was talking to one of the ladies there since my son and her daughter were playing together. I asked her what her daughters name was, she said it was Layla. I told her that's a really pretty name and asked her if she was a Clapton fan and if she was named after the song. This girl had no idea who Eric Clapton is. ? ♀ One of the most iconic songs, and she had no idea. I hate my generation. ?

please I need help understanding some lyrics of a song in English! In english class, my niece got assigned a song, she has to listen to it and write down the lyrics. She did a pretty good job for most of it (thanks to Google I'm pretty sure?) but she is missing little bits of it.
