If your not comfortable wearing regular pads yet and the hospital doesn't give you the big ones you can always go to your nearest store and pick up adult diapers. I know it sounds odd and something you might do but they come in handy being out and about and at night. I HAD to use them cause I was a heavy bleeder for two weeks after each birth.

I still have my mesh undies 😅 at 8month PP. they are so comfy especially during your period.
