wow. no working will not harm the baby as long as your careful and use common sense. I've worked with my 1st and with this 2nd on the way and I firmly believe it's the best thing I've done.

you can work it just has to be a job where your not lifting anything heavy if it will ease your mind wait until 13 weeks to work so you can be over the morning sickness and out of the danger zone. either way no heavy lifting and harsh cleaning chemicals and other than that you should be fine I worked all the way up until this final month of my pregnancy but took some time off at the beginning because my morning sickness was so bad.
