I have a question for you moms. This might be controversial & I don't want to start any arguments, buuuut when I found out I was pregnant my friend found out she was pregnant 2 weeks later. With that being said she smokes. She continues to smoke like she was never pregnant. I used to smoke & literally quit with my 1st pregnancy & never picked it back up again. I told her that she should slow down & eventually quit. That's what I did when I told my doctor. she said she's going to continue to smoke. How can I help her without being judgmental?
You're absolutely right. I try to get her to go walking with me or exercise so she can see there's other things to do to get stress relief. maybe we need to part ways
@jostrosky79 it is selfish but u can't help her if she won't help herself bc u can't control it
@mrsmord, it seems like she has no interest. When I first found out with my first I was pregnant I smoked. I also was 18. It was more of a social thing with friends. it was easy for me to quit bc I felt guilty. Idk what to do. I don't support her bc I feel it's selfish. ugh!
does she have an interest in quitting ? or she doesn't really care.. because once the person doesn't care there's no way to make them stop .
I don't smoke weed. So I guess I will never understand. But I'm not sure why people smoke weed when they're pregnant!
Hello this is Ceiamaria husband Mac I told a lot of you that when I knew what happened too my bestie the love of my life it is being said that she had an enlarged heart and again I’m thinking you all your prayers and thought are being felt thank you

Question.
When I found out I was pregnant my doctor immediately sent me for blood work and a dating ultrasound. My friend called and told her doctor she was pregnant and they told her to wait till she was like 9 or 10 weeks to be seen.
Is this common? Should she fight to be seen earlier?
Let me clear the air and say I am NOT smoking. I did smoke before I got pregnant and quit as soon as I found out. But my fiancé and family do.
I smoked when I was pregnant and I feel guilty as hell for it. thank god my son is healthy as can be but all in all I would just be there for her. For some people it's harder to quit then others . some people don't get the cocept that there actually pregnant until those first movements. I know I didn't . and that makes it even harder. I tried . but from smoking a pack and a half a day to about 4 was a big accomplishment for me. Just encourage her to at least keep it to a minimal. or try different methods to help her quit . that's less toxic.
