Can someone please tell me why I have been bleeding constantly since giving birth and I'm 4 months PP. There was only one week out of 18 that I didn't bleed... I got the depo shot at 6 weeks PP and the doctor said it could cause "irregular" bleeding, but I didn't think she meant this

I was on the depo a few years ago and I bled the whole time I was on it. even after I stopped getting the shots I still bled. it was the worse.
How long did you ladies bleed PP ?
Ok I'm 5 weeks pp and i stopped bleeding around 3-1/2 weeks pp and now I'm bleeding again is this normal??
Did anyone have sex before your 6 week? I'm 4 weeks pp and I didn't tear just had skid marks that the stitches have disappeared with.

I’m a month and half pp and I stopped bleeding a week ago, I just went to the bathroom and I had dark reddish brown blood. Is this still the pp bleeding and not my period? Or could it be my first period?
When I had a bleed during my last pregnancy it was a subchorionic hemorrhage that they later identified in ultrasound @makayleigh . That bleeding was intense -- I thought I was miscarrying.
