Have you tried letting him fall asleep with you then moving him to his own room?

Yeah I wait for him to fall asleep then I put him in there and he wakes up like ten minutes later. And he's in my room with me @jlf240

A crib probably feels so big to him. Have you tried a bassinet? He might feel more secure in something smaller

He slept in a napper before but he was getting to big for it so I put up his crib @mommy_faith and I've tried that @lindseylove1103 it doesn't work. He's been hysterical for almost an hour :/

Does he like being swaddles?

I had the same problem with my son it took a lot of time. we had to put blankets down and make the mattress more comfortable for him

No he hates it but I do it anyway and he kicked himself out of it twice tonight @mommy_faith and yeah I figure it's going to be a long process 😫 @Lindseylove1103

(If you haven't already...) Try putting him in the crib right before he falls asleep.. that helped my baby get used to falling asleep on his own in his crib

My pediatrician recommended doing that too @ashleymorales but he just wakes right up! Same if I put him in there Unswaddled he is just awake instantly

My son was so use to sleeping on the couch cushions and my mother in laws bed he got spoiled but it gets better ! Just keep trying

My son does that to me sometimes too... usually if I run his head it calms him down and he sleeps. Every now and then he is actually hungry still or needs to burp, gassy, etc but usually just misses being in my arms 😩. Like everyone else said.. keep trying!! I'm a FTM and I swear what worked yesterday doesn't mean it will work today. Lots to learn
