I would like to hear everyones labor/delivery stories.

i had diarrhea for like 24hrs..then i went to bed..woke up to a wet spot on the bed ..it wasnt big .and i went down stairs to ask my husbands grandma that was visiting from mexico if she could come i had a question..we went to our room and i showed her the wet spot..she looked down at my legs since i was wearing a robe..and said sweety your water did break and we got happy..i showered and did my hair and makeup..got the bags by the door amd then my husband comes running in with the biggest smile on his face..are you ready he askes..apparently i forgkt to call him i was too happy..she had called him..we get to the hospital. .they have me wait like 10 min cuz they thought i brought someone in..but noo lol im the patient i said..then we get in a room and i keep telling the nurse hes coming andbtgat i feel like hes comi g but they wont listen..they check me and im at 10cm..then my husband and the nurse look at me scream and they both cought the baby he flew out i was at the hospital for 3t min.. thats why they woukdnt believe me i guess..then all the drs and nurses rush in but their too late.

mine was crazy well at least i think so ... woke up on my due date kinda sore thought it was from cleaning the day before i went on with my day did some shopping with my mom and about 7pm i got one big contraction i was like ouch ok thats weird we continued our target trip and then around 10pm they started to come every 10 min around 11pm told my mom u should go get sone sleep it will be baby time soon she said no ill wait a while to see what happens so i got in the shower and in the shower they got a little stronger got out the shower packed my kids bags and was talking to my hubby about leaving soon because it was getting bad by this time its 12am and right around 1230 my water broke contractions went from 8 mins apart to non stop got to the hospital at 1251 i was 9 1/2 was got into the room and in the process of getting my iv my baby was born 1:25am all natural no meds the doctor wasnt even there yet so the nurse had to catch her lol

yea mine was about 3 hrs but i stayed home till the very end ..... i almosy had her in the car we had hit dead stop traffic hubby had to get in the emergency lane @jazmin805 @miranda9696

well it wasnt the plan i was asking for it before they even put me in a room lol but honestly i thought it would be alot worse then it was

mine was i was 2 days late. i had my induce date scheduled and all baby was supposed to do on the 12th of Sept and came sept 14th 2015. my water broke at 6am and i really tought it was just pee i didnt have strong contractions till i got to the hospital. my nurse did my ivy witch took forever they couldn't find a good vain so they kept poking me with needles. i finally got to go to my room where i was gonna give birth. i was planning on getting epidural with didn't happen. the guy that was giving me the epidural was not there and it was too late for the epidural so i had to have the baby completely natural no medicine at 1:34pm i had my beautiful little baby girl she was huge i still cant belive i pushed a 8pound .10oz kid out of me. i couldnt walk for about a week from the pain.

I was induced after 3m of bedrest from high blood pressure & preeclampsia. Went in on tue for dr to check everything he said I was to sick to carry any longer & baby was being threatened. Went back to the hospital for the 3x now. & they started induction & meds to keep BP down (which didn't help) they put the cath in wrong (was on bed rest so no peeing) was told I was a cry baby when my nurse came back she looked I was bleeding they put it in wrong. So had to redo it. By wed afternoon I got my EPI I couldn't handle the pain from the cath no more. (Still no food since mon night) water broke a hr later they didn't believe cause they just checked me at a 4. Told them there's no way I peed myself so explain what's going on. They looked sure enough it broke then I started throwing up. Took over a hr of pushing (I couldn't even hold my head up due to the magnesium sulfate) he was born at 7:49pm. I didn't eat intill the filling day. & couldn't hold my baby intill fri after 12am. Due to the meds but worth it all. Don't remember much.

I went in August 28th at 6am to be induced, when she checked me I was already at 4cm so I was able to skip the first part, they gave me the stuff to make you dilate. Then I fell asleep. My doctor came in around 5 checked me I was at 5cm my water broke I asked for some pain medication then I went in and out of reality. When I was at 8cm I couldn't take the pain anymore so I got the epidural it slowed down my labor but finally 9:30pm came around and I started to push and I had my baby girl Emma at 10:12 pm. I'm 5'2 and gave birth to a 9 pound 6 ounce baby ! I wouldn't change anything she's my world !
