I know everyone has their own opinions about castor oil, but I've been cramping and contracting since last Friday yesterday the doctor told me in in early labor and I've been having terrible period like cramps and back pain and I'm just constantly uncomfortable. have any of you ladies done the castor oil and if so did it do anything for labor I know it's supposed to clean me out I should say but does it really help progress labor? everyone is telling me i SHOULD do it but I'm still pondering on it.

It's not worth the risk AT ALL....just my personal opinion. Theres way too many complications that can come from taking it......

Don't do it it can make ur baby poop in the womb and it can poison the baby and you. Just tough it out walk swim have sex anything besides that. A friend of mine did it n her n baby almost died.

Don't do it. It made me feel horrible when I wasn't pregnant. Explosive diarrhea and horrible cramps. You don't want your baby going through that inside you and swallowing it. Don't do it.

My mom (pregnant with me in 1991) and sister (2015) were given the ok from doctors. It didn't jump start labor for either of them. But it did cause me to have a bowel movement in my mom's stomach. I could have gotten sick and died. So I'd avoid it

i advise against it due to dangerous, potentially fatal complications that come with it. there are more natural ways to induce labor such as walking, sex, and squats.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
