Saturday was a lovely day! Long walks out are my favourite form of exercise 👍🏼. There is nothing better than the fresh air, the beautiful Autumn colours, Jarrod having a nice long nap in his pushchair & just getting out of the house. Don't get me wrong I love being a stay at home mammy but sometimes being in the house gets boring. I set myself a goal to go on a long walk at least once a day 👌🏼🌥🍂🌾🚶🏻
