are contractions usually different levels of pain? I feel like I've had a few that are pretty painful but also some that haven't so bad. are the lesser pains still contractions?
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
I have a low tolerance of pain so I’m screwed either way 😂 but I am going to get through a natural birth no matter what! Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful? I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
is it possible to have contractions without pain? my stomach gets really tight alot, but I have no pains.

mine got stronger & a few weren't as bad so I think it's possible that they are contractions.

Could be braxton hicks. Your full blown contractions will get stronger and stronger but since this is your first and everyones different theres still that chance that they are actual contractions and you may not know it yet. Thats what kinda happened with me and amara at first. Eventually the smaller pains just built up and turned into consistent stronger pains. But that was after my water broke. Before that it was just ehhh.
