Literally sat here while holding my daughter thinking of names for next baby if it's a girl and who she'd look like...as if I'm ready to even think of the whole pregnancy concept again anytime soon lol 😭🙅🏽

Opinions!! We are putting the house on the market soon and my realtor thinks we need to upgrade to granite. Only problem is, for a kitchen this size, the cheapest quote I got was $3,800. Everyone is telling me not to do it, they don't think there is a good enough ROI. What do you think?
