whats this sleep regression ive heard you ladies talk about my lil girl is 4 months next week and had just starting sleeping 7 hours then last week its up twice in the night again 😴

They go through sleep regressions at certain ages. I only really remember the 4/5month one really lol. Morgan had slept through from quite young & he just started waking & taking a while to settle back to sleep. It lasted a few weeks maybe. It's only a phase though, like a growth spurt.

Yeh it was a big shock for me as I'd been used to him sleeping through. He stopped night feeds at around 6weeks so when he started waking around 5months I was like do I feed him!?! Haha I try to remember everything with children is a phase. Helps me get through it!
