So, I work at a library & My director just sent out a mass email saying she's making it a rule to dress business casual at all times. (Usually people wear mostly casual.) & anything else is grounds for write up.
Like... I work 6 days a week and own ONE PAIR of nice pants. Everything else is sweats/ leggings.
PLUS I'm 8.5 months pregnant so it's not like I'm going to go out and buy more pants.
Looks like everyone is going to have to deal with me wearing the same pair of pants 6 days a week. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'd just get a black blazer and wear it over some maxi dresses and call it a day. You can wear the same blazer n look nice
@momma0821, I know 🙄🙄 & @nowmrspost I live in Illinois.. it was a high of 45 today not including the wind chill. it's too cold for dresses, otherwise I'd be all over that!
I usually wear a tunic over my leggings and asked about that & she vetoed it 😭
Yup they can deal with it. Maybe throw a long tunic top/ dress over leggings and you can def wear those more than once a week
