So I just gave birth on Friday morning, and today I have a super sore lower abdomen with lots of cramping. I know that cramping is normal but what about the soreness? Now I have had a cold so for the last couple days I've had a terrible cough. Does anyone know if this is normal?

@jeanna0888, soreness is normal I didn't want to get out the bed after my 2. some mom bounce back and others don't we are a little different. it will go away soon
@jeanna0888, there something going around so it may just be a normal seasonal cold or the flu. everyone in my house is getting sick.
ok so i have the iud(mirena) i am constantly cramping and bleeding. like terrible cramps. i go like a day or two with no cramps or bleeding if that. moms who have had this iud...is this normal??? i know everyone's experience is different but from experience had this happened to any off you???😞😳😒😢

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
So I sadly had a miscarriage on Christmas Day,and I'm still bleeding and having cramps,is it normal to bleed for this long?
Okay so TMI picture in the comments. I'm starting to worry. I am due for my period. I had some cramping and this just fell out using the bathroom. I haven't had sex in 4 days so I know it's just me.
