I got one from enfamil and one from similac, I wanna say about a month before my daughter was born. I did not sign up for either, they just showed up in the mail.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I just give it to moms in need, I didn't know I wouldn't need them
