my son passed away 1 month from his 4th bithday he had cancer (aml) he was better but long story short i have a wonderful 6 year old son that looks identical as my angel

Wow, your son will never be replaced he will be your guardian angel. I know congratulations are probably tough to take in but congratulations on your pregnancy I hope and pray everything works out. 🙏🏼
