Before you have a baby you can leak, not everyone does. First comes colostrum which is full of immunity for your baby. Your milk comes in a few days after birth

your milk comes in a couple days after you have your baby. before then you have colostrum. some women leak during pregnancy and some don't leak at all. the colostrum has benefits that the baby needs even before the milk comes in.
