Super normal specially at 37 weeks... You have probably dialated & baby dropped. I had alot of that pain 1 week before labor felt like i couldnt walk cause i had been kicked down there . . . Baby is low.

baby could have dropped, and you could be dialated. it normal to have pain there. but if you feel worried and its best your call your doctor. just to be safe.
