@beebaby, it was 2 very long painful cramps and they were spaced out from like an hour, maybe it's just my stomach

I initially had bad constipation which then would switch to gut wrenching diarrhea a after so long. I tried everything to be regular but it wouldn't work. I now am and if I notice I haven't pooped I take fiber gummies

it could also be round ligament pain, ur body preparing for the growth of the baby and your body. Mine was terrible for like 5 months. now im 8 months and it's starting to act up again. If ever in doubt, call your doctor.

@beebaby, @jessijane84 Thank you ladies so much it finally passed I just remembered I haven't pooped in like 3 days so I gotta take something to help that process, it's probably extreme poop pains!!! Is there anything I can eat to make me go instead of taking fiber pills?

after waiting 3 days I would take a fiber gummy. you can always eat fruits and veggies raw. lots of water gets the train going.
