Spinal & epidural are basically the same thing... I had both & I have back problems now almost 7m postpartum.

I am 10 months from having my son. And I STILL have back pain. So yes. Friends of mine who are years ahead say they feel it too:/

@jaxxmommie22, I had a spinal not an epidural wasn't sure if they'd both link to back pain later on..
I don't want an epidural but I don't know if I can handle the pain and childbirth videos don't help.
The closer it gets, the more I realize that I am legit TERRIFIED of childbirth! Utterly TERRIFIED!

I had my youngest son 9 yrs ago and still get a lot of back pain and now that I'm pregnant again I get tons of back muscle spasms.
