Every night without fail from about 6 till about 9pm I get braxton hicks? Why am I getting them the same time every night what's that about 😳😅??

Every time someone posts about their 6 week old sleeping through the night, I want to punch a wall. My 14 month old has slept through the night probably 5 times in his life. I'm fcking tired. He used to get up only once. Now he's up 4 - 5x a night. Honestly, idk if I want any more children. All I can think about is going years and years never sleeping. I'm losing my faking mind. i'm getting my baby circumcised tomorrow & it makes me so sad. i want to do it but i don't want to see him hurting :( makes me cry every time i think about it
Every since the twins came home, every night the average sleep I get is about 2-4 hours a night and I’m lucky if I get a nap during the day😒
