every night before I go to bed I get sooooo thirsty! I get so mad because I know I'm going to be up half the night peeing now lol but I can't just not drink! 😕😕😕😕😣😣

same. I'd rather be up every hour peeing than be dehydrated lol

Same with me. I always go to bed with a bottle of water lol. I wake up in the middle of the night thirsty too. I already drank 2 bottles of water within the last couple hrs and I'm halfway thru my 3rd. Nighttime I'm always thirstier than the rest of the day
