someone's really trying to tell me is healthier to feed from boob then bottle. like lady breast milk is breast milk no matter if it comes from boob or the bottle. it's going to go down tasting the same.

I'm not judging by any means (I'm most definitely going to have to pump and bottle feed because I'm expected to graduate in May and I'm giving birth in March) or trying to sound like a know it all but I am in dental hygiene school and we did learn that straight from the breast is the best way for them to feed because of the way the nipple is shaped has influence over the palate and bottle nipples are more likely to give the baby malocclusion problems, etc. but malocclusion is not the end of the world it is what it is not everyone has time to breast feed perfectly lol

FED is best. I agree there are different benefits to feeding directly from breast however my baby was never able to breast feed so I've been pumping and bottle feeding. I would hate for someone to discount that. I'm proud that she's getting breast milk and now at 2 months old she started breastfeeding on and off so I'm happy I was pumping all this time so I'm still making milk.

milk is milk no matter from breast or bottle

yes I agree, but the saliva from the baby give the baby exactly what it needs day to day and changes when the baby is sick or in need of something so technically the baby wouldn't get that if the milk was expressed and not taken directly from the breast

It actually is better.. I'm not saying this to be rude or anything because we do bottle and boob but I read this online. --- "When you breastfeed directly, your body creates antibodies in response to cues from your baby’s saliva and other secretions. After exposure to new germs, your body can make targeted antibodies available to your baby within the next several hours (Chirco 2008) (Cantini 2008). While a bottle of milk from a previous date will provide your baby with immune factors, it will not contain antibodies to germs he was exposed to today."
