How do you guys feel about vaccinations?? Did your children receive all of them? This is my first child and it's crazy how many they get, but I had all of them sooo...(Please be nice and respect everyone's opinion)
Thanks ladies for your opinions. I think I lean more towards the vaccinations simply because I work in the healthcare field at a psychiatric hospital around all these different things and I would feel HORRIBLE if I brought it home to my child. I guess it really just depends on everyone's preference etc
my son will be 6 months at end of month he had ALL his shots so far but they want him.to get 3 shots at his 6 months appt plus the flu shot... 4 shots ... but besides how many I won't be doing the flu shot... the flu shot is just injecting are babies with a bunch of shit and they can still end up with flu.... I'm a stay at home mom too.
Do your research, if you do and are against them you won't have those fears about them possibly getting sick.
Im still home with her because I like to spend the first yr at least with them but my son is 8 and he went to daycare at 1. Legally, they do not have to be vaccinated and they can't deny your child in daycare or school. There is an exemption form you need to fill out, it goes by state, if you ever need it I'd be happy to send you the link
Basically. I think the risk of not being vaccinated outweighs the reward, but that's my opinion. You're the mommy you'll make the right choice for your baby😘😘
@navywifej, @bria my thing is I can't stay at home with my child due to me having to go back to work and they will be around other children. So if my child was to get terribly sick due to not getting a vaccination I would never be able to forgive myself for that. I guess I just pray about it and let them get what's needed it's like you danged if you do danged if you don't :(
@bianca_rose, are you able to stay at home with your child or do you work to where they go to daycare, etc??
I'm definitely giving my daughter all the early ones, but I will be denying some of them as she gets older. My ped office they give like important ones first idk if that's how that goes in general or not
I'm so iffy about them :( I hate seeing my child get poked with all that crap but they make me feel obligated to get my child vaccinated ugh
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
@bennysmom528, I was thinking the same I definitely won't be getting him the flu shot!
