Experiencing major discomfort & it just dawned on me that I'm pregnant and I have one of 2 options c-section or pushing WHICH I DONT WANT TO DO NEITHER AND WITH PUSHING COMES 2 other options natural or epidural 😣 I'm terrified of needles and I doubt I do well with excruciating pain ; so I guess my question is how am I going to get this guy out of me without pain pushing c-section or needles ??

It may seem like it's dragging but just take this time to set up all of baby's things and wash all his clothes, clean, maybe do some meals you can freeze so you don't have to worry about making dinner after he's born. And take some extra me time and sleep cause once he's here it's basically non existent 😴

I didh't know either! But I do know I hated my ex even more so in that moment because he didn't have to go through that pain! Lol but it's worth once they out that baby in your arms. I swore during labor I was getting my tubes tied and I didn't want to ever go through that again but I definitely want another one someday. I'd do it over and over again for my babe 😍

The little pain from the epidural is a whole lot better than the pain from all those contractions! I went 17hrs without getting one and once they offered it I was like god yes! And it was amazing, didn't feel shit from that point forward until it was time to push I could feel the contractions a tiny bit but that was it.

Don't be scared and the epidural doesn't hurt it's like a pinch the needle is really small I rather get the epidural than all those cervix checks the kept doing😣

I hyped myself up so bad about it too and just thought well he can't stay in there forever. It wasn't bad at all. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat.

It's really not as bad as it seems. I had to have a c section because of pins in my hips but I started contracting bad and dilated to a 4 and was 100% effaced so I ended up having her at 37 weeks. I was terrified as well but I was in no pain during/afterwards. I never took pain meds and I was up walking as soon as they let me. You'll forget about all the pain once he's here. They are totally worth it!!

Too late for that lol baby has to come out one way or the other. I'm scared of needles too but I got 5 tattoos lol the epidural is a piece of cake you don't feel a thing. People make it seem like its a huge needle. Its really not. The needle is so skinny and the catheter they leave in is also super skinny. I didn't feel it going in or coming out.

@mrsrose, relaxing is the best thing to do. The more you stress and clench, it hurts worst. My husband kept reminding me to relax and once I did I felt better. The tub is an excellent relaxing way to give birth. I plan to have a water birth this round. For your concerns i recommend hiring a doula, they will teach you a lot of techniques to relax and go to child birth classes they help also.

the epidural didn't hurt me at all. but like @sparklymama said, try the water birth. I heard it's more relaxing. I didn't feel anything so I couldn't feel myself pushing but I got her out in about 10 minutes. lol the epidural was a life saver for me, I was hurting so bad even with the iV pain meds.

go natural in the bathtub and let him labor down one tiny push and he'll be out if you let him work down on his own

Unfortunately that comes with the territory of being a mama! But it's all worth it in the end:) you'll be okay. I had the epidural with my first without having a decision and I didn't feel it jus a sharp quick pinch of the lidocaine, it's not bad

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
